During these difficult and trying times in our country right now, we want to ensure all our loyal customers that Blackburn’s is committed to providing you with your products through this COVID-19 pandemic.
Blackburn Mfg. Company has been deemed an Essential Business because of the various industries that we serve that are considered Critical Infrastructure. Considering this, we are expected to continue full company operation and production regardless of any local, state or federal stay-home orders. We are taking extra precautions in both of our facilities to ensure that the safety and health of our employees and customers is our top priority.

COVID-19: SHIPPING NOTICE
Here at Blackburn Manufacturing, we are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with both our products and service.
While the world is facing challenging times, we are taking steps to avoid interruption in service and delivery. With this in mind, we have reached out to our common carriers regarding delivery to “Shelter to Place” states. They have advised they are still making every effort to deliver products as requested. However, there will be some situations where this isn’t possible.
Both Fedex and UPS have given some guidance regarding possible interruptions in delivery. Should a business be closed and unable to accept delivery, they encourage people to use their online services to make arrangements. Below are links for both carrier websites and their online services:

Blackburn will continue to make every effort to supply our valued customers with product. But should the need arise to reschedule or redirect a shipment, please use the above tools to avoid delays and additional redelivery fees.
We are also taking all additional steps necessary at our facility to ensure the health and safety of our employees. As always, we are here to answer any questions you may have and appreciate your patience and understanding while we all continue to work through these unprecedented days.
COVID-19: HEALTH AND SAFETY LETTER
To the Blackburn customer/supplier community,
We want our valued customers and suppliers to know what Blackburn is doing to protect business continuity for the products you rely on.
Blackburn’s Management Team, in accordance with our core values, is implementing the following procedures to ensure the health and safety of both our employees and customers/suppliers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Effective immediately:
- Blackburn is prohibiting all visitors not required for business continuity at all BMC facilities.
- All supplier/freight employee access to all Blackburn facilities is prohibited unless absolutely necessary for business continuity purposes.
- Suspending all business travel.
- Implementing additional cleaning/sanitizing practices.
While we realize that these are significant changes for some to our daily operations, we deem these changes necessary to protect all parties in the rapidly changing environment. We will continue to communicate on a regular basis as the situation changes.
