Delivery shall be made F.O.B. Shipping Point, where Blackburn shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit and Customer accepts title and liability for shipped products upon shipment.
IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE?
Yes, shipping charges may apply, in Blackburn’s sole and exclusive discretion. All catalog prices are F.O.B. Factory and do not include shipping charges, unless directly specified on an order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We understand the importance of timely access to our sold goods. From the moment you place your order, we work closely with you and our network of trusted retailers and suppliers to meet the following timelines, based on product availability:
Plain marking flags are generally in stock and shipped within one (1) business day
Printed marking flags will generally ship within 5-7 business days, if an order is placed between the months of July – February. Orders for printed marking flags placed during our busiest months between March – June will generally ship within 7-10 business days.
Although we work diligently to ensure that you receive your order on time, any schedule delivery or availability dates are merely estimates, and not guarantees.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns of custom printed flags and marking products. Plain marking flags and other marking products may be returned, if the return is approved by us. In order to be eligible for a return and partial refund, the customer must return the relevant items in the same manner and condition Blackburn originally had shipped them and pay a restocking charge, equivalent to 20% of the price of the original order.
Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective at the time Blackburn shipped the product to customer.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.
